GM Connect

A two-sided digital platform designed to solve the perennial problem of finding a Game Master (GM) for TTRPG groups. On one side, it acts as a marketplace connecting players or groups with vetted professional or semi-professional GMs available for hire, primarily for virtual sessions. Users can browse GM profiles, view rates, specialties, and availability. On the other side, the platform provides GMs with a suite of integrated, powerful digital tools to streamline game preparation and management. This includes advanced Virtual Tabletop (VTT) features, AI-assisted adventure prep (helping weave together random elements or generate ideas), automated rule lookups, smooth turn management aids, and easy onboarding processes for new players. The goal is to make running games less burdensome for GMs, encouraging more people to offer their services, while making it significantly easier for players to find and hire a skilled GM for a consistent, high-quality gaming experience, even if they don't have a dedicated GM in their friend group. The platform could also explore offering AI-facilitated modules for GM-less play.
